Delivery Options Overview
- শপ থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই শপে বিক্রয়কর্মীর সামনে চেক করে কিনবেন।
- কুরিয়ার থেকে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সময় নিজ দায়িত্বে বুঝে নিয়ে টাকা পরিশোধ করবেন .যদি আপনার মোবাইল এর ভার্সন না মিলে বা ভাঙ্গা প্রোডাক্ট থাকে তাহলে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করবেন না.
- বক্স খোলার আগে অবশ্যই ভিডিও করবেন। ভিডিও ছাড়া কোন প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা যাবে না।
- অনলাইন অর্ডার এর পণ্য ডেলিভারি ম্যান থেকে রিসিভ করার পর যদি বক্স দেখে মনে হয় তা আপনার অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য না তাহলে বক্স খুলে পণ্য ব্যবহার করলে এবং বক্স নষ্ট করলে সেই পণ্য পরবর্তীতে পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হবে না।
- নির্দিষ্ট কারনে পণ্য রিটার্ন দেয়ার পর অথবা গ্রহণযোগ্য কারনে মূল্য রিফান্ড করতে 7 থেকে 10 কার্যদিবস এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আরও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার এর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা অবশ্যই পণ্য ভাঙ্গা থাকলে অথবা প্যাকেট ছেঁড়া থাকলে কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করবে না। কুরিয়ারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ক্রেতা গ্রহণ করলে তা নিজ দায়িত্বে করতে হবে এবং এই ব্যাপারে পরে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- সম্মানিত ক্রেতাগন যদি পেমেন্ট করার সময় কোন প্রকার ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে রিফান্ড করার সময় ক্যাশব্যাকের সমপরিমান টাকা কেটে রাখা হবে।
- Return
If you choose to return the products you must send back the products within 72 Hours of delivery. The product will be sent in our poly packaging (intact) if it’s already opened or broken don’t receive this from the courier and immediately inform us. The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met which are described below:
- Delivery of the wrong item
- Delivery of defective Product
- Delivery of products with missing components
Refund and Cancellation
If the product is not available in Etel stock, the authority may cancel any order within five working days. If the customer agrees to wait for the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for 30 days.
In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 1 – 15 working days. If the customer received any cashback, the received cashback amount would be adjusted with the refund amount.
After confirming any order, if the customer cancels the order and the customer already made an online payment against that order, Etel will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
Not applicable for return & replacement
Damages due to the product’s misuse
Incidental damage due to product malfunction
Any consumable product that has been used or installed
Items with serial / UPC numbers tampered with or missing
Any damage/defect that is not protected under the assurance of the manufacturer
Any product that is returned without any original packaging and accessories, including the package, the retailer’s packaging, if any, and any other item(s) originally included in the shipped product(s).
N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability on Etel. You may need to wait for more days to receive the product.
Please carefully read our product descriptions, price, and warranty policy before placing an order. Once you placed an order, we won’t give you any refund if the product is not compatible with your devices, or you suddenly change your mind about using it or you mistakenly thought it was a different product.
- Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable if your issues match the return policy, you can return the item to Etel at your own cost. We will check the product and send a new item to you if required with our cost policies.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
